From time to time I’ll share some links to some of my favorite reads. I know there are a lot of voices out there but these are a few I’ve found that were worth sharing and hopefully add to your own learning and growing.

3 Things I do When I’m Discouraged + Sad I can always count on Tsh from the Art of Simple to have wise and thoughtful words that are accompanied by practical action steps. It helped this week and her playlist is well curated.
Post-election Conversations: Your Kids Are Listening More Than You Think Your kids probably experienced some big feelings this week too. Make some space for them to sort out their thoughts too.
7 Steps to Internet Sanity Because sometimes we just need to turn it off. Emily Freeman’s recovery plan helps you minimize some of the cacophony without having too much FOMO. A wise reminder always, but especially this week.
The Popcast podcast Episode 167: Fan-Fictioning Politics, Best and Worst Fictional and Fake Politicians Laughter really does help and I can always count on Knox and Jamie to delightfully entertain me. You can’t ask for a better hour long escape from reality.
